Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing (and/or subscribing to) our StoreCustomizer plugin.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all new (first) purchases made on our website.

If you are not satisfied with your StoreCustomizer purchase, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Note: Refunds do not apply to renewals.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or from within your WordPress Dashboard under:
WooCommerce -> StoreCustomizer -> Account.

30 days before an annual subscription renews, we’ll send an email letting you know you’re scheduled for an upcoming payment. If you don’t want your site to renew automatically, you need to please cancel your subscription.
